Answer
the questions.
-Does
he think technology makes good communication easier?
No, he thinks that technology only makes it
easier because the principles of communication remain the same. These have not
changed due to advances in technology.
-What
four key points does Alastair make about communication?
·
People have limited attention
·
Communication is about meaning
·
It’s just as much about listening as it is about telling
things
·
A communication is effective if you’re actually getting
someone to do something, stop doing something or do something differently.

Give
reasons why it communicates well.
-Informs
their customers in which part of the purchase and shipping process their
products are.
-They
treat their customers as a unique and special individual because they are
always aware of the things they like (that information is obtained from the
customer’s purchase and search history) and based on that the company recommends
new products that could be to their liking.

What
mistakes did the company make, and how could they have improved the customer
experience.
They
built a computerized voice mail that makes it hard for the customers to get to
talk to a real person who can answer their specific questions, making themselves
almost impossible to deal with. What the company needs to do is give greater
importance to what its customers need from them, giving real solutions to their
problems. That is the only way they can improve their customer experience.
I found it to be a very interesting interview, and I am curious about the case of Amazon and the entire communication process that it requires as well as a detailed structure of the processes To be in intimate contact with the costumers
ResponderBorrarI agree with the answer for the 3rd audio, it is exasperating trying to reach someone when you have a question or a complain and there is no human interaction or any kind of real connection with the customers. Great reflection c:
ResponderBorrarI think it's good how we all realized that for there to be a good and effective communication we have to both listen and speak, and also form some kind of emotional connection so that we get each other and undestand our different views.
ResponderBorrarAmazon has managed to have some kind the relationship with people because listens (literal) to what the costumer wants
ResponderBorrarThis exercise has helped us to realize the value of technology and its consequences, you did a good analysis
ResponderBorrarI agree with your answers, it was very interesting to carry out this activity, listen to the point of view of an expert and be able to feed back through this blog.
ResponderBorrarI think you did a great analysis. This exercise really helped us notice how little things as paying attention to details, listening to clients opinions and having good communication between a company and its customers make the difference between a good and a bad company.
